By accessing or using FlairMingo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.

FlairMingo is a taste-based product recommendation engine. We provide recommendations across six modules, Wellbeing, Hobbies, Home, Travel, Gifts, and Beauty, based on trait profiles you create using our interactive profiler.

We do not sell products directly. When you click a product link, you'll be redirected to a third-party retailer. Your purchase, if any, is governed by that retailer's terms and conditions. We make no guarantees about product availability, pricing, or quality on external sites.

You may use FlairMingo as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

Flairmingo earns commissions through affiliate partnerships with retailers. We earn a commission when you buy through some of our product and shop links. This does not affect the price you pay.

Recommendations in the Wellbeing module, including supplements, fitness programmes, skincare products, and anti-aging protocols, are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, exercise programme, or health regimen. FlairMingo is not a medical provider and bears no responsibility for health outcomes resulting from product recommendations.

Savings figures, projections and scheme information are general information and illustrative calculations. They are not financial, tax, investment or benefits advice.

Example figures and scheme rules can change, and they may not fit your circumstances. Projections are before tax and inflation.

Before you act, check the official source for where you live, such as gov.uk, the IRS (irs.gov), canada.ca or revenue.ie.

Some partner links may pay us if you switch. That doesn't change which sites we list, and it costs you nothing.

You're responsible for your own decisions about your money.

Ballpark ranges are for a typical home, are dated, and change; yours depends on your home, tariff and how you use it.

Gas, oil and electrical work is not a DIY job: use a registered engineer. The FlairMingo name, logo, design system, algorithms, and content are the intellectual property of FlairMingo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Your taste profile data and Decision Board content remain yours. We claim no ownership over the data you create within the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our recommendation algorithms.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

FlairMingo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlairMingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from purchases made through affiliate links, reliance on wellness or financial recommendations, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including UK consumer protection legislation).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

For UK and EU users: You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction. EU consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

For US users: To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that you retain the right to bring individual claims in small claims court. Class action waivers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

For Canadian users: These Terms are subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under PIPEDA or applicable provincial privacy acts.

For Brazilian users: These Terms are subject to the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) and the LGPD. Disputes may be resolved through the consumer protection body (PROCON) in your state or through the Brazilian courts.

For Australian users: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

We encourage you to contact us first at legal@flairmingo.com to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt in good faith to resolve your concern within 30 days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may pursue formal dispute resolution as described in the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section above, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

FlairMingo is accessible globally. If you access the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.

We make reasonable efforts to comply with the consumer protection, data privacy, and e-commerce regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate, including the UK, European Union, United States, Canada, Brazil, and Australia. Where local laws provide greater protections than these Terms, those local laws prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
